Not able to connect my Share SP-2 anymore. It recognizes my printer but then when trying to connect, disconnects and turns of my printer. Tried to go on the Canadian website to contact support and the page for the SP-2 doesnt event exist. How am I supposed to connect or even get help. This is terrible
The app doesn't connect to neither my sp2 nor sp3 anymore. Same issue as the others, it tries to connect then the printer blinks all the lights a couple times then turns off itself. Tried this on all my devices and all have the same issue.

Won't connect to printer
Just bought the SP-3 and as how others have noted, it just doesn't work, the device never connects, which is great because I have bought 80 prints and have a newborn. Honestly sort this out.
My instax share sp-2 cant print because it said its not connected to the network pls help
Doesn't work with Android 12. The moment wifi connects the printer shuts off. The battery is fully charged and the printer connects fine to an ipad with ios13.

Hi everyone - just want to let you know, there is a cumbersome fix action for the SP-2 printer and users who have an Android phone (mine is Google Pixel, so I hope it works for everyone else) I did a little troubleshooting and recommend the following. 1. Forget ur instax printer in ur saved wifi settings. 2. Delete the Instax app 3. Re-download the Instax app. 4. Turn on printer and connect via WiFi settings. 5. Connect via Instax app I was able to do these steps and print out my photos.
When I press select from gallery, all it does is spin and never loads picture to select. I have given the app appropriate permission. Using android 12 on s22 ultra.
